Our Specialists light up when new friends visit! At Inspire of Central Florida, volunteers bring fresh energy, skills, and connections that make a lasting difference. Whether you have a few hours to give or want to become a regular part of our community, we welcome people from all walks of life to join us.
What to Expect
Volunteering with Inspire means being part of a supportive, uplifting environment where every contribution matters. You’ll attend a short orientation before your first shift so you feel confident and prepared.
Most opportunities happen (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM), with occasional evening and weekend events. We welcome both individuals and groups from corporations, schools, and community organizations.
Ways to Make an Impact
You can help in many ways, whether supporting daily activities, lending your professional expertise, or sharing a personal passion. We’re especially looking for people who can:

Teach life skills, job readiness, or computer basics

Lead fun classes like dance, fitness, arts, or music

Share hobbies like gardening, woodworking, or crafting

Offer mentorship and encouragement to our Specialists
Business casual attire is preferred, and volunteers must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check. Bilingual volunteers, especially Spanish-speaking, are a plus!
