Lilly brings valuable experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through child welfare programs. She is dedicated to helping others build the skills and confidence needed for independence and long-term success.

Sara brings over a decade of experience in social services, including leadership roles in program development and team management. She is committed to empowering individuals through inclusive, community-driven support and advocacy.

Kennedi Baron

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from UCF
Kennedi has been supporting individuals with disabilities since 2016, combining her background in public education and nonprofit work. She’s especially passionate about curriculum development, having worked with UCF-CARD and PALS to implement life skills programs.

Now serving as our ADT Coordinator, Jessica plays an important role in supporting our day program and ensuring our specialists have meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive.
