Operation G.R.O.W. partners with local businesses like Home Depot to provide internship experiences for our participants. These adults are trained through Inspire’s internal program before interning on-site, where they assist with tasks like customer service, stocking, or clerical work. Our team supports the entire process to make it smooth and meaningful for both the intern and the business.
