Holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from UCF

Lilly brings valuable experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through child welfare programs. She is dedicated to helping others build the skills and confidence needed for independence and long-term success.

Passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential

Harrette has been instrumental in building a supportive and enriching environment for program participants. Her decades of service reflect a deep commitment to making a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.

Operation G.R.O.W. Coordinator - Kennedi Martin

Leads Operation G.R.O.W. and supports life skills classes
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from UCF

Kennedi has been supporting individuals with disabilities since 2016, combining her background in public education and nonprofit work. She’s especially passionate about curriculum development, having worked with UCF-CARD and PALS to implement life skills programs.

Residential Services Coordinator - Sara Owen

Over 3 years of experience in residential programs and employment initiatives
Holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a focus on Social Work

Sara brings over a decade of experience in social services, including leadership roles in program development and team management. She is committed to empowering individuals through inclusive, community-driven support and advocacy.
